Apex Backup to Operations Center Ending February 1 2024

Beginning February 1^st any Apex Backup Files sent to your Operations Center will show as invalid and will not be imported to your Operations Center account.

What does this mean?

Starting on February 1^st, 2024, any Apex Backup File that you send to Operations Center will be read as an invalid file type. This means that the information contained in that file will not be imported to your Operations Center account. Any data in Apex on or after this date will not be transferred into the Operations Center.

Since Apex is a desktop application all functionality that exists within the application will remain. Moving forward, data will need to be uploaded directly to Operations Center.

What can you do to prepare?

• Verify you have a working John Deere Operations Center Account.

• Download John Deere Data Manager to upload supported file types in the future.
